The production is equipped with last generation machines for prepress, and printing of the leading manufacturers in Austria, Switzerland and Italy - Zimmer, Luescher, Harlacher, Fimat and others for industrial printing.
The Flat Printing machine of company Zimmer has the capability for printing up to 1500 meters per hour, print width - 220 cm, 6 colors and 6 meters repeat of impressions.
Prepress equipment includes:
1. CTS - Luescher for transfer of images from your computer format on the template with size compatible with the size of the printing machine.
2. Installation produced by Harlacher, which includes the following machines: 
- The tensioning machine is for high quality screens and an efficient working process. 
- Coating machine providing all the technical features that help for spreading the photosensitive emulsion. 
- Drying unit.
Alfacommerce Group has a color kitchen, produced by the Italian company – Fimat, which ensures: 
- Precision in dosing of the connecting substance and the used pigments. 
- Repeatability of colors achieved in the production of the printed paste.
Since the beginning of 2008. we have a digital printer Viper TX-65 for direct printing on textiles from the leading Japanese company - MUTOH, allowing fast printing of short series products with a width of 1.60 m.

Alfacommerce Group offers to the customers its own aluminum constructions produced in the manufacturing base in Botevgrad, where is the assembly of the umbrellas, and all processing operations of the Post printing treatment as water-repellency, tefloning, coating and others. For this purpose the company has its own drying-tenting machine - Babcok.
